ELMAW Consulting is an Ecological Consultancy run by Keith and Emma Seaman and was established in 2000. Following seven years with a local Wildlife Trust followed by seven years as a Local Government Ecologist, Keith Seaman is the Principal Ecologist and Wildlife Biologist in the Practice, with Emma Seaman the Associate Director and Practice Manager.

Keith Seaman
Principal Ecologist & Chartered Biologist
Keith Seaman is a graduate of Hertfordshire and London Universities, with a first degree and post graduate qualifications in Ecology. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM) and a Chartered Biologist with the Royal Society of Biology with over 30 years of experience in Ecology and Wildlife Biology. Keith also holds a Skilled Worker CSCS card.

Emma Seaman
Head of Consultancy
As well as running the practice, Emma Seaman is a Level 1 Class Bat Surveyor and carries out desk studies and background ecological research, BREEAMs and is involved in BNG assessments. Emma also assists with Conservation Enhancement Plans.

Jasmine Stephenson
Assistant Ecologist
Jasmine Stephenson graduated with a Master's of Science in Wildlife Biology and Conservation at Edinburgh Napier University. She holds a Natural England Class Survey Licence for great crested newts and assists with a range of species surveys, including bats, badgers, dormice, water voles, otters and reptiles. She also carries out Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, BNG Assessments, QGI mapping and assists with Preliminary Bat Roosting Assessments.
